The process begins when a customer submits an inquiry, after which a detailed quotation is provided.

The proposal is reviewed and discussed at each stage, with mutual acceptance at every step. An advance payment may be necessary, details of which are made available on the proposal, 

Once the work is completed, the remaining balance is due. Given this process and payment structure, refunds are not offered.
